My Journey

Thank you for visiting! This site is where you’ll find my professional experience and skills, along with my interests and education. I am a first generation college graduate and Italian-American, born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Having lived in the MD/VA/DC area for several years and in Austin, TX since 2010 it is a rare moment to hear me speak like a native Yinzer anymore. Growing up with a Chef father, it was natural for me to start my career in the hospitality industry.  My diverse leadership experience in both private and public sectors along with passion for developing leaders has provided with a variety of rewarding professional roles. My journey highlights roles within hotel operations to growth among students and faculty in higher education.
